  • Improves mental wellbeing
  • Widens access to talking therapies

How is this achieved?

  • Through a kind of talking therapy called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • CBT is effective in improving the wellbeing of people with anxiety, low mood and depression
  • The service is provided from a range of community venues across Leeds
