South Leeds Women’s Group accepting new referrals

The group meets on Wednesdays from 10.30am at Touchstone House.  We offer group and one-to-one support for women who are experiencing mental distress.  We work to create independence and social inclusion.  The group participates in a range of activities and members discover community resources available to them.  This includes support with going back to work, volunteering, budgeting, healthy living, accessing local services, information provision, workshops on depression, stress and anxiety, walks and alternative therapies.

To make a referral telephone the reception at Touchstone House and we will send a referral form.

East Leeds Health for All

Touchstone has merged with East Leeds Health for All.  We are currently working with funders, the local community and the Management Committee of ELH4A to develop existing activities and identify new opportunities.
