Who does it support?
- People aged 18+
- People with severe and enduring mental ill health
- People with chaotic lives or challenging behaviours
- People who live across Leeds
- Some service users are in prison
- Some service users misuse substances
What does it do?
- Focuses on service users' strengths and what they can achieve
- Supports service users to set goals and achieve them
- Creates stability, independence and choice
How is this achieved?
- All service users have their own key worker
- Provides group activities eg. sports, cooking, socialising
- Resource centre with laundry, shower, gym and kitchen
